AI-First Company
AI-First Company | 2BFT flagship course
Claude and Codex become your co-founders for an AI-first company: think clearly, build faster, review the work, and keep the system alive.
Bring the business problem. Use the tools with a clear job. Review the result. Keep the system alive after the first build.
This is a working course: the material changes as the tools, workflows, and lessons from real company building change.
Who this is for
The AI-First Company course is for founders, creators, students, and small-team operators who want to stop using AI casually and start building a company around useful systems.
It is especially useful for people who already know the tools exist, have tested them a little, and can feel the gap between “interesting” and “usable.”
What changes by the end
By the time you have worked through the live sessions, the goal is not that you have memorized a stack diagram. The goal is that you can actually do a few things with confidence:
- break a vague company problem into a buildable workflow
- decide where AI helps and where it just adds noise
- ship something visible enough to show another person
- review your own output without believing every first draft
- keep building after the first live session instead of dropping the tools entirely
What you get inside
- One live working session every week
- Lifetime updates to the course and operating patterns
- Real examples from the 2BFT world
- Workflow thinking instead of random prompt collecting
- A bias toward output, systems, and review
- Direct exposure to the way founders actually use Claude and Codex in product, content, and ops
What the room feels like
This is not a guru room and it is not a theory room.
It is closer to a working session with teaching built into it. We look at real use cases, test things, tighten them, and keep asking whether the workflow would survive a week of actual use.
That is the standard. Build the company with your AI co-founders, then keep improving the system after the first version ships.
FAQ
Questions before you build with your AI co-founders.
Do I need coding experience?
No. The course starts with clear thinking, practical tool use, and a real business problem. Technical depth can grow as the system becomes more useful.
What does weekly live learning mean?
You get one live working session each week, plus the course material and lifetime updates as our operating patterns improve.
Why Claude and Codex?
We use them as co-founder-style partners with different jobs: context and reasoning on one side, implementation and verification on the other.
What is the launch price?
The current launch price is ₹1,094. The reference price is ₹3,000 while this first public version is open.
